Without Collective Bargaining, we have seen our rent go up, our wages fall short of living costs, insufficient protections for international students, and overworked graduate assistants. With a union, we will bargain for increased wages, improvements to our benefits, and protections from abuse. With a union, we will attain a democratic voice in our working conditions with a union contract that legally protects the gains we secure.
